Shipping Policy

our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Verification, Completion, Quality Check, and Packaging. All orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. the postal service process the orders, which may take an additional 2–4 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is within 5-10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery is within 3-5 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Conspiracy Brewing LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

  • Conspiracy Brewing LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

  • Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Conspiracy Brewing LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within [30 days] of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

1. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last [30 days].

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product isn't used or damaged.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Products that cannot be returned:

We do not accept returns of the following items:​

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than [30 days] after delivery

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase at dm@conspiracybrewing.org We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dm@conspiracybrewing.org  for instructions.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
